CRYSTALIZED JELLY

10 lbs. SUGAR
1.5 gal. WATER


Combine sugar and water. Cook to boil. Remove from heat. Take
prepared sanded dry jellies and dip into crystal syrup. Allow to dry.
OR: Lightly steam sanded jellies and place in hot room to dry. This
will form a different type of crystal.
