JELLY FOR JACKETS

Jelly made from our Cast Jelly formula can be used. Cook batch
only to 220°. Color and flavor if desired. Dip candy in jelly batch,
shake off excess syrup and roll in coconut, chopped nuts or chocolate
sprinkles.
