6 oz THIN BOILING STARCH #50-60
1 lbs. WHISTOJEL
1.5 gal. WATER
10 lbs. SUGAR
10 lbs. CORN SYRUP
.25 oz. ACID SOLUTION


Sieve thin boiling starch into water. Let stand half hour. Now add
sugar and Whisto Jel mixed dry to water and starch. Cook to a boil.
Add corn syrup. Cook to 220°-222°. Cut steam. Add flavor and
color. Have batch ready to pour. Add acid solution. Pour out
slightly greased slab. When cool cut and roll in powdered sugar.
